Last night was our first color pooling class taught by Dianne Read-Jackson – stay tuned to see how our scarves turn out. This is the kind of project for those who love putsing and playing with color. Several people got a good start on their pooling … some of us are still putsing and playing.
Joyce Williams (picture below), author of “Latvian Dreams”, joined us for the class last night – a long drive for her from Sparta, but we thought it was worth it. Check out her book on our web site – and we do have copies in the shop.
The sweater Joyce is wearing is her own, original design – can you believe no seams? It is soft and thick and drapes beautifully. She used Elsebeth Lavold’s Silky Wool.
